DT Carpentry & Construction Ltd
Myself and my wife decided to go ahead with a dormer loft conversion on our semi detached bungalow. I made contact with 3 separate building companies and found Dean to be the most helpful and enthusiastic from the start - even before we had the architect drawings.
We decided to use Dean for the project as we thought his price was fair and we had a good feeling about him as he was totally transparent with us from the start.
The project was a full length dormer conversion which included having the living room and dining room upstairs. We had the job done during the primer winter months which makes it more challenging for the building contractor but Dean and his team dealt with any obstacles along the way without any trouble at all.
I feel the job went smoothly and was an enjoyable experience for us to see the different changes as the project progressed. Dean was always on the end of the phone with any questions that I had for him. And if he didn't answer, he was always quick to get back to me. His team are a great bunch - very polite and approachable and their quality of work is amazing.
All in all our experience was wonderful and we wouldn't hesitate to use his company again.

Really thrilled with the whole job. A dormer bedroom with vellum windows, transformed as the roof and wall pushed out and beautiful balcony and balustrade installed. Really competitive price, fabulous, competent workmen on site and a truly gorgeous finished job. A delight to work with Dean, as company owner and advisor and his equally skilled employees. Cannot recommend enough.

We purchase our house with big ideas of what we wanted to do and Dean and his team have turned this into reality for us - we couldn't be happier! Every little request and detail were never forgotten, his team are experts in their trade and it shows in the results.
We're not done yet and we know who we'll be picking up the phone to guide us through the next round of work we want!

We bought a block of apartments and were worried about finding a builder in the area with us living so far away. We luckily couldn't have landed on our feet anymore with DT Carpentry and Construction. They did everything within the time scales and to a great standard. Dean genuinely cares and you can trust him with absolutely anything. I wish every building company was like DT Carpentry and Construction. I can't recommend them enough. Very much looking forward to doing further projects with this company.
